The aim of marketing insight is to discover something new about your business, customers, product(s)/service, sector or current marketing activity that has not yet been leveraged.  I offer a range of market research reports, digital audits, competitor benchmarking and social listening briefs, which will help you do just this.  All of my reports will present you with relevant data, but more importantly, they will give you meaningful and actionable recommendations to help inform any key business decisions going forward.


Gaining marketing insight is a good place to start if you want to answer questions such as:

  • Where should I focus my marketing activity?

  • My business is at a crossroads and I'm not sure which direction to take?

  • Is there a market for this product or service?

  • Who are my biggest competitors?

  • How do I get more customers?

  • What are my customers saying about me?

  • Is my marketing activity helping us to achieve our vision and goals?

If you have a plan and know where you're going, but simply need help delivering the day-to-day marketing tasks, I can help.  Or perhaps you're an agency that requires a particular skill set for a new client or project?  I have broad marketing experience from heading up a full-service in-house marketing team, but I built it from scratch, which means before I recruited anyone I also delivered the day-to-day tasks myself.  With an MSc in Digital Marketing, I am literate in a number of specialist skills such as PPC and SEO.  Check out my CV for the full list of technical bits.  Equally, if it is not something I cover, I will say, but I might be able to recommend someone, so it's always worth asking.
